On Saturday, June 3, the 1st Saturday of the month, BGS hosts a FREE, in-person Genealogy Open Lab in Bend. The Lab is dedicated, uninterrupted genealogy research time for you and others who come. If you have questions about a research problem, the Open Lab hosts or other participants are nearby to offer advice.
There is not a program presentation on 1st Saturday. Bring your laptop or other device to research your family. Come once, or come every 1st Saturday. The BGS Library is open, too, for research from 10 AM to 2:00 PM.
The public is also invited to the Open Lab. If you know someone who is interested in starting their family tree, invite them to the Lab. We can help them start their family history journey and help them find their first ancestor.
