BGS Library CatalogThe Library has over 2,500 genealogical books and journals for research in all the US States, except for Alaska and Hawaii, and there are books for many foreign countries. There are Reference and How-To books, Family Genealogies, Military, Native American, DNA, Immigration, Reference and How-To Books and lots more. The Library has WiFi bring your laptop or other device. Plus there are tables and chairs, where you and a friend can set-up your device(s) and research together. Below are PDF files of the books and journals in the Library in 14 different sections that you open with Adobe Reader on your computer. Within each section, there are many categories in alphabetical order. Within the categories, the books are listed in order by book tag number, just like they are organized on the shelves. Book Title, Author, Publisher, Publication Date and ISBN Number, if available, is listed for each item. Pick out books you are interested in and visit the library to review them. BGS members can check out most books for 3 weeks to review them at home. |  The Library is staffed friendly & knowledgeable volunteer librarians. When you visit the Library, they will be glad to help you find your way around the library and locate books. They can also answer questions you may have about BGS and/or genealogical research. The Library is regularly open every Thursday, from 11AM to 4PM, unless the Thursday is a holiday. |
