BGS Learning Opportunities Abound!

Click here to go directly to the Calendar and Register for Events

Each month from September to May, BGS offers several methods of learning the HOW TO
of researching family history, from program meetings on the 2nd Tuesday of the month to smaller interest groups and specialized workshops.

If COVID rates remain low, we hope Hybrid meetings will be the norm, meaning you can
choose whether to attend the meeting in-person at Williamson Hall or on ZOOM. We will have some ZOOM-only meetings, especially when travel in the winter is hazardous, and  will have some In-Person-only meetings, if the meeting's content is best delivered in-person.

COSTS

BGS MEMBERS: All monthly meetings, workshops or interest groups are free for members, whether attending In-Person or on ZOOM.

NON-MEMBERS:  In-Person attendance at any meeting is free.  ZOOM attendance is free, too, IF the meeting does NOT have a professional speaker, such as interest groups, etc.

NON-MEMBERS:  For monthly meetings with professional speakers, who charge us fees,
the cost to attend on ZOOM is $5.00. Thank you so much for your help.

In-Person Location

Williamson Hall, 2200 NE Hwy 20, Bend, Oregon, 97701, which is the recreation building
for the Rock Arbor Villa Mobile Home Park, which is behind the Chevron Station and Jakes Restaurant on the north side of Hwy 20.
